Prices for Summer 2024

£460 per week - off season. -    April, May, June, September and October.  
£500 per week - high season  - July and August

Short breaks are negotiable.

Whats’s included, and what’s not....

Garden Cot, we think, is  charmingly simple. A step away from the hustle of everyday life. Think camping, but in a cottage with water and electricity! 
The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking etc, but probably not for fine dining. You are on holiday so enjoy the cafes, pubs in the area! 

Bedding - duvets and pillows are provided but you need to take your own towels, sheets, bath mat, pillow cases, duvet covers and tea towels please. 

Heating, hot water, cooker, shower and towel rail are electric and inclusive in the price. 

There is no TV and no Television Licence is held for the  property. 

Pets are welcome, but please ensure you clean up in the garden at the end of your stay. 

Parking for two cars is available in the entrance to the field, Harold's Field, approx.100 yards along the lane from Garden Cot. The lane leading up to our entrance is relatively quiet so we stop there to unload before parking. 
 

As our cottage is not let on a continuous basis we do not employ a cleaner 

WE THEREFORE ASK YOU TO RESPECT OUR FAMILY HAVEN AND LEAVE IT AS CLEAN AS YOU WOULD WISH TO FIND IT  

There is a leaflet in the property giving you guidance for closing up on your departure.
